Istanbul · Date announcing soon
a-comm is Istanbul's gathering for agentic commerce — where AI agents discover, decide and buy on our behalf. Merchants, payments, platforms and builders, in one room, in the city where two continents meet.
What is agentic commerce?
Agentic commerce is what happens when AI agents act for people and businesses across the whole buying journey — finding products, comparing options, negotiating, paying and handling returns — within limits a human sets.
Instead of a person clicking through search results, carts and checkout forms, they state an intent: "running shoes, under ₺5,000, by Saturday." The agent does the rest.
That changes who the customer is, how products are found, how payments are authorized, and how trust is earned. Every merchant, marketplace, bank and PSP will need an answer.
A person sets a goal and the guardrails: budget, timing, brands to avoid.
The agent queries catalogs and merchants directly — not a page of blue links.
It weighs price, delivery, reviews and return policies against preferences.
It pays with tokenized, scoped credentials — only within the mandate it was given.
It tracks delivery, files returns and disputes, and learns for next time.
The emerging stack
Open protocols and network programs are racing to define how agents find, talk to and pay merchants. We'll unpack what's real, what's hype, and what to build on.

Program tracks
Practical sessions for the people who will have to ship this — not another round of "AI will change everything."
Delegated payments, network tokens, mandates — and what 3-D Secure looks like when no human is pressing "Pay".
MCP, A2A, ACP, UCP, AP2 and friends — how agents, merchants and PSPs actually talk to one another.
Know-your-agent, telling buyers from bots, verifiable intent, and new fraud patterns when software holds the wallet.
Machine-readable catalogs, real-time stock and pricing, and how to get chosen when the shopper is a model.
What agentic commerce means for one of the region's most mobile-first, marketplace-driven markets.
Consumer protection, KVKK, disputes and chargebacks — who is accountable when an agent gets it wrong?
